近年来,高校越来越注重办学的效益,尤其是经济效益。但长期以来,高校财务管理面临的问题及高校财务管理问题的成因,导致资金使用效果较低。因此,应加强高校财务管理的有效途径:完善“一支笔”制度;加强科学预算;加强预算执行管理,严格控制经费支出。

In recent years, colleges increasingly pay attention to the benefits of running a school, especially its economic benefits. But for a long time, the problems and reasons involved in college financial management lead to the low efficiency of money use. Therefore, the effective approaches to improve the college financial management are as follows： strengthen one pen system; reinforce scientific budget to realize true budget management; enhance the executive management of budget and strictly control expenditure.
