摘要
目的研究复方鱼腥草滴丸的制备方法,筛选最佳成型工艺。方法以液状石蜡为冷凝剂;以PEG-6000∶PEG4000=3∶1为基质;以重量差异、溶散时限和外观质量为指标,采用正交试验设计,考察药液与基质的混合比例、滴制温度、冷却剂温度对成型工艺的影响,并确定其最佳工艺条件,按优化后的结果选择试验条件进行工艺验证。结果最佳工艺为:滴制温度为75℃,冷却剂温度为-5℃,药物:基质=1∶3(g/g)。结论为提高复方鱼腥草滴丸稳定性提供了基础。
Objective Studies on dropping pill formulation technology standard for compound Yuxingcao. Methods Difference of pill mass,dissolution time and appearance quality were observed as indexes,we used the orthogonal experimental design to test the influence of the following factors to the formulation technology,including the ratio of drug liquid vs.excipients,dropping temperature and cooler temperature. Results The best method is:dropping temperature=75 ;cooler temperature=-5 ;drug:excipients-1:3. concludsion The studies could be foundation as enhancing Stability of the compownd Yuxingao dropping pills.
