摘要
目的建立龙眼肉(干果肉)中葡萄糖含量测定方法。方法采用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定葡萄糖含量,并运用正交设计优选比色条件。结果龙眼肉(干果肉)中葡萄糖含量为16.41%,平均回收率为98.96%,RSD=1.03%(n=6)。结论该法操作简单、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为龙眼肉的质量控制方法。
Objective to establish a method for determination of glucose in Arillus Longan. Methods Colorimetry of phenol-sulphuric acid was selected to determine the content of glucose, and orthogonal test was employed to filtrate the condition of colorimetric assay. Results The content of glucose in Afillus Longan was 16.41%, The average recovery was 98.96% with RSD=1.03% （n=6）. Conclusion The methods are proved to be simple,precise,sensitive and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Arillus Longan.
