摘要
通过再生骨料的室内试验,确定了再生骨料的工业化生产技术.通过道路再生混凝土配合比设计,确定了最优的配比及较合理的外加剂.试验结果表明,用低水胶比、高效减水剂、粉煤灰和硅灰作掺合料,控制再生骨料的最大粒径,可以制备出高流动性、高耐久性和高抗折强度的高性能路用再生混凝土.
Laboratory tests of recycled aggregate were carried out to obtain its manufacture technologies; mixture design of recycled concrete was conducted to determine the optimum ratio of different materials and its reasonable admixture. In addition, the mechanical characteristics of recycled concrete mixtures were analyzed to find a way for producing high strength concrete. The experimental results show that the recycled concrete with high fluidity, high durability or high strength can be produced by using low water-binder ratio, employing good quality superplasticizer, by adding fly ash and colloidal silica, and by controlling the maximum size of recycled aggregate.
