Thought on Index System to Sustainable Comprehensively Well-off Lives

建设全面小康社会是一个浩大的系统工程,但最终落脚在提高人民的生活水平上。学术研究和现实生活中人们对生活水平的理解存在不同的意见甚至偏差。本文对生活水平提出了新的认识,对描述生活水平的指标体系做出了分析,对如何设计科学的衡量小康生活水平的指标体系提供了原则设想,并对如何建设可持续发展的全面小康生活提出了对策建议。

It is a big systematic project to construct comprehensively well-off live society, but it should fall the feet to the improvement of people＇ s living standard. People have different opinions or even biases to the comprehension to life standard in academic research and realistic life. We raise new recognition to life standard, make the analysis to how to depict the life standard with index systems, bring out tentative ideas which are designed to weigh well-off lives, and make the countermeasures correspondingly about how constructing sustainable comprehensively well-off lives.
