热轧及常化退火工艺对硅钢冷轧织构的影响 被引量:12

摘要 研究了热轧与常化退火工艺对硅钢(含3%Si)冷轧织构的影响。结果表明:热轧及常化退火工艺对硅钢冷轧织构有显著的影响。热轧时终轧温度越高,冷轧板(100)[011]织构就越强,同时热轧后常化退火可进一步提高冷轧板的(100)[011]织构,有利于硅钢磁性能的提高。 The effect of hot rolling and normalizing annealing processes on the cold rolled texture of silicon steel was investigated. The results show that hot rolling and normalizing annealing processes have significant influence on the cold-rolled texture of silicon steel. The higher is the finishing temperature, the higher is the density of (100)[001] texture of cold-rolled strips. At the same time, normalizing annealing after hot rolling can further increase the density of (100) [011] texture of cold-rolled strips. This can improve the magnetic properties of silicon steel.
