摘要
利用直流磁控溅射法制备Fe28Cu72(体积分数比)颗粒膜,在不同温度下进行高真空退火,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对样品进行结构分析,用四探针测量样品的巨磁阻效应,对测量结果进行分析,探讨了不同热处理温度对Fe_Cu颗粒膜巨磁阻的影响。结果表明:退火温度对Fe_Cu颗粒膜的影响至关重要,Fe_Cu颗粒膜经不同温度相同时间热处理后,Fe、Cu分离越来越明显,且磁电阻效应随着温度的升高而增强,Fe_Cu颗粒膜的磁性为硬磁性。
The GMR and Magnetic effect of FeuCun granular films deposited onto substrates at room temperature with a magnetron controlled sputtering method and then annealed at different temperature were investigated through XRD to analyse their structures and conventional fourprobes method to analyse their GMR effect respetively.The results indicate that the annealing temperature is very important to Fe-Cu granular Films, after annealed at different temperature,the Fe and Cu separation is more and more abvious,also the GMR effect increases along with the annealing temperature. The magnetic ingredient is hard magnetism.
