摘要
研究有机物的相对分子质量对超滤膜过滤通量的影响.试验结果表明,水中相对分子质量大于30000的有机物是造成膜通量下降的主要因素.混凝处理能有效去除相对分子质量大于30000的有机物,提高过滤通量.相对分子质量在1000~10000的中性亲水性有机物,主要通过堵塞膜孔而造成膜通量缓慢下降.用混凝去除中性亲水性有机物的效果很差,防止或减缓膜污染的作用有限.
This paper presents a study of the effect of organic molecular weight(MW)on ultrafiltration filtration flux. The experimental results show that the coagulation treatment can effectively remove the organics with molecular weight(MW) greater than 30 000, which is responsible for reduction in membrane flux. The slow flux decline was mainly caused by neutral hydrophilic fraction of organics with MW between 1 000-10 000, which plugs membrane pore. Coagulation is less effective in removing neutral hydrophilic organics, thus its ability to prevent or mitigate membrane fouling is limited.
