摘要
从分析钛白粉体在水中的分散行为入手,提出了采用两种不同的助分散剂协同作用,对产品进行表面处理的技术方案。研究了每种表面处理剂的最佳用量,提出了表面处理剂的工艺配方,研究了配方的稳定性和通用性,取得了理想的实验结果。
Modification of titanium dioxide by non-ionic surfactant cooperating with hyperdispersant was researched. The optimal conditions for surface treatment of titanium dioxide was obtained, that the content of non-ionic surfactant was 0.3%-0.4% and of hyperdispersant 0.6%-0.7%. The results show that the modified titanium dioxide may highly increase its dispersibility and stability in aqucous medium.
