摘要 非晶合金是一种极具发展潜力的新兴金属材料。用热喷涂方法制备非晶合金涂层是将非晶推向工程应用的有效方法。从分析非晶合金及其制备特性入手,阐述了非晶合金热喷涂涂层的特性及目前制备非晶合金涂层的两类热喷涂技术路线,展望了热喷涂制备非晶合金涂层未来的发展趋势。 Amorphous alloy was a kind of promising metal material. Preparation of amorphous alloy spraying coating by thermal spraying was a most effective method of applying amorphous alloy to engineering. The paper started with analyzing the property of amorphous alloy and the preparation of this alloy, and such were formulated as the property of amorphous alloy thermal spraying coating and two kinds of technological methods of preparing amorphous spraying coating presently, and then it was prospected that the development of thermal spraying in the amorphous alloy spraying coating preparation.
