摘要
着重分析和介绍了一种通用电焊机仿真教学实训系统的核心内容,通过仿真焊条焊接点的行走轨迹、偏离状态及焊条与焊接板材距离的检测方法,正确评价电焊操作的训练水平,以满足电焊机实际训练的要求。
The kernel content of a kind of the general electric welding machine simulating training system is emphasisly introduced and analyzed in this article. By simulating the motion track and deviation status of the welding points, and the detecting methods of the distance between the electrode and plate, the level of the welding operation could be estimated exactly, thus satisfying the requirement of the electric welding machine training.
