摘要
压力管道往往不可避免地存在焊接缺陷,这些缺陷的存在会降低管道的强度,对管道的安全运行产生隐患。本文应用有限元分析方法并参考压力分析设计标准研究输油压力管道环焊缝存在不同心或错边缺陷情况下管道的承载能力,对于给定尺寸和材料的管道,拟合出其所能承受载荷与不同心或错边量大小之间的函数关系。
Welding defects inevitably exist in pressurized pipes used for transportation of oil and may cause safety problems as a result of decreasing the load-carrying capacity of the pipes. In this paper, finite element analysis is employed to study the load-carrying capacity of a pressurized pipe with misalignment or other defects in the circumferential welds. For a given pipe, functions relating the load-carrying capacity and quantities of misalignment or unfitness defects are given.
