摘要 为科学指导植物造景中彩叶植物的配置,运用美国LI-COR公司制造的LI-6400便携式光合作用测定系统,研究了红檵木、金叶女贞、紫叶李3种彩叶植物的光合特性.结果表明:3种植物的光补偿点分别为39.07,249.66,143.94μmol/(m2.s);光饱和点分别约1 400,1 200,1 800μmol/(m2.s);CO2补偿点分别为20.11,76.48,118.24μmol/mol;CO2饱和点分别约800,600,1 000μmol/mol,说明红檵木对光的适应性很强,是一种较耐荫的强光性植物,而金叶女贞和紫叶李则是强光性植物. To make the scientific instruction of plant design, the LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system, made by LI-COR company, was used to study the photosynthetic characteristics in leaves of Loropetalum chinese Var. rubrum, Ligustrum vicaryi and Prunus cerasifera. The results indicated that light compensation point is respectively 39.07, 249.66, 143.94 μmol/(m^2·s); Light saturation point is respectively 1 400, 1 200, 1 800 μmol/(m^2·s); Compensation point of carbon dioxide is respectively 20.11, 76.48, 118.24 μmol/mol; Saturation point of carbon dioxide is respectively 800, 600, 1 000 μmol/mol. Results showed that Loropetalum chinese Vat. rubrum had wider adaptability for light, but Ligustrum vicaryi and Prunus cerasifera needed much more light.
