F-2毒素对体外培养猪卵巢颗粒细胞的毒害及V-E的解毒效果 被引量:6

摘要 采用细胞体外培养的方法,在卵巢颗粒细胞对数生长期,对F-2毒素的繁殖遗传毒性和V-E对其的解毒作用进行了研究.结果表明,各毒素组细胞活性显著低于正常对照组,而丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于正常对照组;各解毒组细胞活性均显著高于各毒素组,但明显低于正常对照组,而MDA含量显著低于各毒素组,但明显高于正常对照组.这表明,F-2毒素可能是通过脂质过氧化作用,对颗粒细胞致毒,V-E对F-2毒素具有较好的解毒作用,能提高中毒卵巢颗粒细胞的抗过氧化能力. During logarithmic phase of cultivated ovary granulose cell, experiments were carried out to investigate the genetically procreation toxicity of F-2 toxin and the detoxification of V-E. The results showed that the activity of cultivated ovary granulose cell in F-2 toxin groups was lower significantly than that in the controlled group and the MDA content was higher remarkably than that in the controlled group as well. It indicates that the activity of cultivated ovary granulose cell in F-2 toxin +V-E groups was higher significantly than that in F-2 toxin groups, but lower than that in the controlled group, on the contrary, the MDA content was lower remarkably than that in F-2 toxin groups, but higher than that in the controlled group. It suggests that F-2 toxin decrease viability of ovary granulosa cell by inducting lipid peroxidation, and V-E has a great detoxication on F-2 toxin as well as protective effects on ovary granulosa cells exposed to F-2 toxin.
