绞股蓝总皂甙催眠作用的实验研究

The Experimental Research on Hypnogenetic Effects of Gypenosides

目的:观察绞股蓝总皂甙(GP)对小鼠的催眠、镇静作用。方法:通过记录小鼠自发活动次数和观察阈剂量及阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠对小鼠睡眠的影响等方法对绞股蓝总皂甙的催眠、镇静作用进行实验研究。结果:高剂量组绞股蓝皂甙可以使小鼠自主活动明显减少(p<0.01);高剂量组与阈剂量戊巴比妥钠合用可以使小鼠睡眠时间延长(p<0.01),高剂量组与阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠合用使小鼠入睡个数增加(p<0.01)。结论:绞股蓝皂甙具有催眠、镇静作用。

Objective： To investigate the hypnogenetic effects of gypenosides on mice models. Methods： The mice were given all the drugs by ig to determine the times of free movement. The effect of gypenosides with Sodium pentobarbital （subthreshold doses and superthreshold doses） in mice were determined. Results： High dose group gypenosides could decrease the times of spontaneous motion at 40 min （p〈0.01）.High dose group could prolong the sleeping time with superthreshold doses Sodium pentobarbital （p〈0.01）. High dose group could increase the number of sleeping mice with subthreshold doses （p〈0.01. Conclusion：Gypenosides has effects on hypnosis and sedation.
