摘要
目的建立溃疡散胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定方法.方法采用HPLC法,KromasilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),检测波长:280nm,流速:1ml?min-1.结果黄芩苷线性范围为0.3028～1.514μg,回收率(n=6)为97.65%,RSD=1.17%.结论本方法分离效果好,准确可靠,是检测溃疡散胶囊中黄苓苷含量的有效方法.
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Kuiyangsan Capsules. METHODS HPLC method was developed for the determination of baicalin in Kuiyangsan Capsules on Kromasil C18 （250mm× 4.6mm, 5μm） ,using methanol-water-HsPO4 （47： 53 ： 0. 2,v：v）as a mobile phase（1.0ml·min^-1 ）and detection wavelength was 280nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of baicalin was linear in the range of 0. 3028-1. 514μg（γ =0. 9995） ,and the average recovery was 97.65% （ RSD = 1.17 %, n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method was convenient and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Kuiyangsan Capsules.
