摘要
铂类药物是一类在实体瘤治疗中广泛应用的重要抗癌药物,其独特的作用机制和广谱抗癌作用一直倍受临床医师的青睐,本文综述了铂类药物的临床研究和应用,并着重评述其单用或与其他抗癌药联用的疗效.
The platinum drugs are a kind of important cancer drug in treating of the solid tumor,they have distinct mechanism of action and broad spectrum antitumous effect,so in the most conditions they are the first choice. This article summarizes the progress in the study of clinical research,application,and discuss the curative effect of the platinum drugs or combine with others.
