摘要
主要介绍了WSA工艺处理硫化氢含量高的酸性气体的技术原理、流程、主要设备及特点等,运行正常后,对装置进行了工艺鉴定和经济性分析,不但每年有运行效益106．4万元,而且尾气可达标排放。对运行中出现的问题进行了探讨并提出了一些解决问题的方法。
The technical theory, flow arrangement, main equipment and characters of WSA process for treating acid gas containing high concentration hydrogen sulfide are described. Process assessment and economic efficiency analysis were carded out after the plant went into normal operation. The benefits of 1 064 000 yuan per year were obtained, and all emission indexes of tail gas were up to standards. Some problems with the operation system and solutions are discussed.
