摘要
以交联度12%的聚苯乙烯树脂为载体,合成具有长链结构的聚合物负载的希夫碱钴配合物,并将此催化剂用于对甲酚催化氧化合成对羟基苯甲醛.通过实验,考察了反应过程中的主要影响因素,确定了适宜反应条件.结果表明:在氧气流量120 mL/min,对甲酚10.8 g,氢氧化钠14.0g,催化剂1.2 g,甲醇55 mL,反应温度75℃,反应时间15 h的条件下,对羟基苯甲醛重结晶后的收率为67.5%.产品通过薄层色谱,红外光谱,化学分析进行了检测鉴定.催化剂可重复使用5次.
Polymer supported Schiff base cobalt complex with long chain was synthesized from 12 % polystyrene resins. And it was used as catalyst in catalytic oxidation of p-cresol to p-hydroxyben- zaldehyde. Based on experiments, the suitable reaction condition was obtained. The result showed: un- der the condition of oxygen flow 120 mL/min, p-cresol 10.8 g, sodium hydroxide 14.0 g, catalyst 1.2 g, methanol 55 mL, reaction temperature 75 *C, reaction time 15 h, the yield of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde after recrystallization was 67.5 %, the product Was characterized by thin layer chromatography, IR and chemical analysis. The catalyst can be used repeatedly 5 times.
