摘要
研究植物油在NaOCH3或NaOH作用下与异丁醇进行醇解反应的过程,讨论醇油摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂用量和催化剂品种对反应的影响,通过不同反应条件下运动粘度(20℃)的变化来考查生成脂肪酸异丁醇酯的含量,由原植物油与醇解产物运动粘度、闪点、凝点的差异反映醇解反应过程的进行.实验结果表明:以甲醇钠为催化剂的醇解反应产物明显比氢氧化钠的效果好;植物油在甲醇钠作用下与异丁醇的醇解反应,最佳条件为n(异丁醇)∶n(植物油)=7∶1,反应时间为2.5 h,甲醇钠用量为油脂质量的0.5%,产率可达93.92%.
The study was the process of alcoholysis reaction of vegetable oil by means of isobutyl alcohol, using NaOCH3 or NaOH as catalysts. The molar ratio of isobutyl alcohol to oil, time of reaction, catalyst amounts and variety of catalysts were discussed, and the content of isobutyl fatty acid ester was confirmed by the difference of kinematic viscosity under various conditions. The difference of kinematic viscosity, flash point, solidifying point between vegetable oil and the product of alcoholysis reaction were a witness to the occurrence of alcoholysis reaction. The results indicate that the products using NaOCH3 as catalys are better than NaOH, and the optimal conditions for alcoholysis reaction are isobutyl alcohol to oil molar ratio at 7 : 1, 2.5 h, w (NaOCH3) = 0.5 % and ultimate yield can reach 93.92 %.
