PLC与变频调速技术在4m立式车床改造中的应用

摘要 普通4 m立式车床是加工大型机械装备的重要设备.由于该设备采用变速箱有级调速,刀具的进给系统不能适应加工螺纹等复杂表面轮廓的工件.对老式4 m立车的数字化改造,目的在于使机床的进给系统实现对主轴转速的快速跟踪及刀具精确定位,能以工艺要求的任意比例确定切削速度,加工螺纹等复杂轮廓表面.采用可编程控制器及变频调速技术对普通4 m立式车床进行数字化改造,给出系统的硬件电气原理图及系统软件的结构框图.实验结果表明:应用PLC和变频调速技术,可以实现对传统4 m立式车床改造的工艺要求. 4 m vertical lathe is the important equipment that is used for making large-scale machinery. It takes advantage of gearbox of speed change to realize adjusting speed in grade, its feed system can not process the complicate surface. The purpose of the improvement of 4 m vertical lathe digitization is to make feed system follow the change of main axis speed and the cutter in position exactly. It can determine the speed according to any proportions and realize processing the complicate surface. The improvement of 4 m vertical lathe digitization was carried out by programmable logic controller and frequency control technology. The paper presents the hardware electrical schematic diagram and the structure diagram of software. The results showed that improved lathe comes up with technical standards.
