摘要
在误码发生严重的信道中进行视频通信,要求解码器具有强的错误检测定位和错误隐藏能力。传统的基于语法(Syn tax)的检测方法低的检测率和定位率极大地影响了错误隐藏的效果。通过借助数字水印技术,将改进的迫偶标识法(FEW)应用到H.264编解码系统,用来错误检测和定位,并在H.264的JM 86平台上进行了试验。结果表明,在同等应用环境下,与传统的基于语法的检测方法相比,该方案不但切实可行,而且错误检测率和定位率均有较大提高。
In video transmission over not-perfect channels where compressed video streams are highly sensitive to packet loss and bit errors, effective Error Detection (ED) and Error Concealment (EC) capability are strongly demanded for decoder. Traditional syntax-based ED technique weakens the effect of EC greatly. In this paper, an embedded watermarking ED scheme-the improved Force Even Watermarking (FEW) for decoder is proposed and a simulation test is done on the JM86 platform of H. 264. Compared with the syntax-based ED technique, this new scheme is more practical and efficient.
