摘要 为了探讨老年有氧健身操锻炼对绝经女性骨密度的影响,将40名绝经女性随机分为对照和有氧健身操组.经6个月的实验观察,结果表明,运动组的骨密度显著增加、骨代谢活跃,与对照组相比,其变化具有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:老年有氧健身操锻炼对绝经女性骨密度及骨代谢具有良好的影响,是绝经女性抵抗骨量丢失、保持和促进骨密度增加的有效运动. In order to test the effect of the senior aerobics on density of menopause women's bone, 40 menopause women were divide at random into a contrast group and an aerobics group. In experiment women in the oerobics group did the aerobics for 6 months. The result indicates, that the density of bone of the women increases notably and their bone metabolism is active, compared with those in the contrast group. Conclusion:senior aerobics has good influence on bone density and metabolic of menopause women,for it can resistes bone losing and keeps and increases effectively the density of bone.
