我国应对绿色包装制度的对策研究

Research into China's countermeasures for green package system

分析了典型的绿色包装制度———欧盟“94/62/EC关于包装和包装废弃物处理的欧洲议会和理事会指令”的构成、基本要求、主要内容和达到目标。分析了绿色包装制度对包装的“绿色”要求,并据此提出了我国包装应对绿色壁垒的对策是:提高环境意识,适应绿色壁垒;根据绿色包装制度,自行评估产品的绿色性能;应用生命周期理论(LCA),从根本上提高包装产品的环境性能;大力推行环境标志和标签标识制度;大力开发绿色包装材料。

This paper analyzes typical green package system, European Union 94/62/EC about package and package disposal treatment of European Parliament and Council regarding components, basic requirement, main contents and objective, analyzes green package system requirement for ＂green＂ package, based on this, points out China＇s countermeasures for green barrier, that is, environmental consciousness should be promoted to accord with green barrie, products＇green character should be self - evaluated according to green package system, LCA theory should be used to improve environmental character of package products to carry out environmental signs and tag sign system and to develop green package materials.
