摘要
以对氨基苯磺酸、苯酚、甲醛为主要原料,采用碱性合成线路制备了具有助磨效果的氨基磺酸系高效减水剂,系统地研究了单体比例、单体浓度、交联剂用量、反应体系初始pH值、反应时间和反应温度等因素对助剂助磨效果的影响。结果表明:所制备的减水剂对石英、滑石和锆英石等陶瓷硬质原料具有比较明显的助磨效果,优于传统的工业助磨剂。较佳的制备工艺为:对氨基苯磺酸∶苯酚∶甲醛=1∶2∶9(摩尔比);反应初始pH值为8.0,对氨基苯磺酸浓度为0.4mol·L-1,反应时间为3.5h左右;反应温度为95℃左右。
An aminobenzene sulfonate-formaldehyde based polymer dispersant with good grinding efficiency was synthesized under alkaline condition using aminobenzene sulfonate, phenol and formaldehyde as main raw materials. Effects of synthesis conditions on grinding efficiency of product were discussed. The results show that the product obtained is better than the traditional ceramic grind additives. The proper synthetic technology are as follows: molar ratio of P-aminobenzene sulfonic acid/phenol/formaldehyde is 1 : 2 : 9, concentration of P- aminobenzene sulfonic acid is 0.4 mol·L^-1 , pH of reaction system is 8.0, reaction temperature is 95℃ and reaction time is 3.5 h.
