摘要
对目前产品族设计的研究进行了综述,探讨了基于公共平台的产品族设计方法,提出了基于主从关联结构的层次优化设计理念,进一步导出了多目标约束环境下的产品族参数设计模糊层次优化模型,实现了产品族的构成对用户需求的响应,同时该模型对产品族相似性和差异性的考虑更有助于实现柔性产品族结构设计以响应动态变化的用户需求。
In this paper, by means of summarizing the current situation of product family design, methods of product family design based on the common platform is discussed. The concept of the fuzzy hierarchical optimization model which is the main model type is advanced. Further, this method educes product family design methodology under multipurpose constraint environment, which is used to achieve response to customer requirements. Moreover, this method is also used to integrally considering the comparability and diversity so that the application can lend itself to attain the flexibility of product family design and to support the dynamic customer requirements.
