RESEARCHING ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW RURAL ECONOMIC ORGANIZATIONS IN OUR COUNTRYSIDE

通过对我国农村经济组织发展的回顾,运用学习型组织理论,结合我国农村经济组织现状,提出了我国农村新型经济组织的发展方向是建立学习型经济组织,并探讨了创建农村学习型组织的必要性和意义,最后提出了今后研究的方向。

The article based on the review of the development of our rural economy and thought about the reality of rural economic organizations in our countryside and applied the theory of learning organizations, gives the direction of the development of China＇s rural economic organizations, that is conducting the learning rural economic organizations ,and talks about the necessity and significance of creation of learning rural economic organizations the direction of future research and gives the researching direction in the future.
