硫精矿脱水特性研究及脱水设备选择

Study on Characteristic of Sulfur Concentrate and Dewatering Equipment Selection

由于硫精矿粒度细,水分含量低,故其浓缩过滤及干燥脱水特性是浓缩过滤及干燥脱水工艺的技术关键。通过实验研究可知,硫精矿沉降速度快,沉降设备选用一般的浓密机或浓密池即可,综合考虑,干燥温度选择120℃比较合适,干燥设备宜选用滚筒式干燥机或盘式连续干燥机。

Owing to sulfur concentrate has fine particle and low moisture content, the characters are the key of thickening and drying techniques. The experimental result indicated that the settling velocity of sulfur concentrate was fast, and common thickener or thickening pool were suitable. The drying temperature was 120℃, and cylindrical dryer or disk continuous dryer were selected.
