摘要
故障诊断系统总体设计要完成的是一套集数据采集、数据保存以及故障分析诊断并存的系统,利用国内外先进的分析诊断方法,通过对实时采样的数据、历史数据以及事故标本的分析,提取、保存其中比较有价值的数据信息,以供进行专业分析,减少事故发生的概率,确保设备运行稳定可靠。
Fault diagnosis system total design includes data acquisition, preservation and the fault analysis diagnosis design. Through utilizing the domestic and foreign advanced analysis diagnosis method and analyzing real-time acquired data, historical data and accident specimen, the valuable data is picked-up and preserved. According to them we can carry on some specialized analysis in order to reduce accidental probability, and guarantee the entire workshop movement stable.
