妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的发病机制 被引量:12

摘要 妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)是常见病、多发病,其发病机制涉及多方面的因素,包括:假丝酵母菌的致病性,个体的系统免疫和局部免疫的状态,妊娠期外生殖道环境的生理性改变,妊娠期雌、孕激素水平的显著变化,妊娠期机体的免疫抑制状态,以及许多妊娠期特发性疾病的影响等。但目前尚无统一解释,这就为有效预防及针对性治疗妊娠期VVC带来一定困难,深入研究其发病机制就成为一种趋势。就妊娠期VVC在国内外最新的研究进展加以综述。
