HER2/neu蛋白过度表达与卵巢癌研究进展

摘要 HER2/neu蛋白是原癌基因HER2/neu编码的一种具有酪氨酸激酶活性的跨膜糖蛋白,在卵巢癌的发生、转移及恶性表型维持中起着重要作用。约15%￣30%的卵巢癌存在HER2/neu蛋白过度表达。HER2/neu蛋白过度表达与卵巢癌患者较短存活期相关,可作为预后因素。HER2/neu蛋白表达高低与卵巢癌对化疗药物敏感性有关,对临床化疗药物的选择起指导作用。但以HER2/neu蛋白为靶点的抗卵巢癌治疗效果需进一步临床实验验证。
