制度非均衡条件下组织信息结构的演化分析——以苏南模式中的乡镇企业和企业集群为例

摘要 信息结构是企业组织结构的重要组成部分,对企业效率影响巨大。由于不同的信息结构适应于不同的制度环境,所以在制度非均衡的情况下,信息结构必然存在着适应性的演化。文章以苏南模式中的乡镇企业和企业集群为例,分析了在中国从计划经济向市场经济的转型期里,组织信息结构的演化模式与机理。 Information structure is an important part of corporate organization structure and contributes greatly to the enterprise's efficiency. Different information structure adapts to different institutional conditions; therefore, in the context of non-equilibrium of institutions, information structure cannot but present an adaptive evolution. Taking township ,enterprises and enterprise cluster in South-Jiangsu Mode as examples, this paper analyses the evolution model and mechanism of organization's information structure during China's transition from planned economy to market economy.
