摘要
师法自然界生物及生态系统的结构法则,按照仿生学原理建立企业柔性系统是当今企业管理需要引进的一个崭新理念。鉴于此,文章在分析关于企业柔性问题研究之不足的基础上,阐明了按据仿生学原理构建企业柔性系统的必要性。并根据国内外学者在管理科学与工程领域取得的仿生化研究成果,指出建立企业柔性系统构建的仿生化这一新范式有待研究的主要内容。
It is necessary for today＇s enterprise management to introduce into a brand-new idea that the system of enterprise flexibility should be established by imitating the theorem of the structure of life-form and ecosystem in nature and on the principle of bionics. Herein, based on analyzing the insufficiency of the research of enterprise flexibility, the paper sets forth that it is essential for enterprises to set up the system of flexibility on the basis of the principle of bionics. And in virtue of scholars＇ research fruit in the field of management science and engineering from both home and abroad, the author points out that the bionicization of constructing the system of eenterprise flexibility is the main content of this new paradium for further study.
