随着信息技术的飞速发展,社会、经济、技术诸多方面发生了巨大变化。特别是信息技术自身的虚拟性、扩展性、复杂性及隐蔽性,给保护企业商业秘密带来了许多新的课题。文章研究了信息技术时代侵犯企业商业秘密的诸多新问题,并在此基础上提出保护商业秘密的相应措施。

With the rapid development of information technology, the huge changes have happened in society, economy and technology. Because internet＇s virtuality, extension, complexity and confidentiality, it has brought many new topics for protecting business secrets for organizations. This pape studied many new questions for keeping business secrets, and proposed protecting measures.
