摘要
在优化的实验条件下，建立了一种简单、快速测定美洛西林钠的化学发光的新方法，该法测定美洛西林钠的线性范围为0．01～30mg·L^-1，检出限（3σ）为4．0×10^-3mg·L^-1，相对标准偏差为1．0％，将此法用于生物体液中美洛西林钠的测定，结果令人满意．
A new, simple and rapid method for measuring mezlocillin sodium was developed under the optimum conditions. The linearity range of MezlociUin sodium measured by this method extends from 0.05 mg ·L^-1 to 30 mg ·L^-1, the limit of detection is at 4.0 × 10^-3 mg·L^-1, and the relative standard deviation （RSD） is 1.0 %. The method has been applied to the measurement of mezlocillin sodium in the biological fluids with satisfactory results.
