摘要
在优化的实验条件下,建立了一种简单、快速测定美洛西林钠的化学发光的新方法,该法测定美洛西林钠的线性范围为0.01~30mg·L^-1,检出限(3σ)为4.0×10^-3mg·L^-1,相对标准偏差为1.0%,将此法用于生物体液中美洛西林钠的测定,结果令人满意.
A new, simple and rapid method for measuring mezlocillin sodium was developed under the optimum conditions. The linearity range of MezlociUin sodium measured by this method extends from 0.05 mg ·L^-1 to 30 mg ·L^-1, the limit of detection is at 4.0 × 10^-3 mg·L^-1, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.0 %. The method has been applied to the measurement of mezlocillin sodium in the biological fluids with satisfactory results.
