参芪扶正注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭55例临床观察

Clinic Observation of 55 Cases with CHF Treated by Shenqi Fuzheng Injection

采用参芪扶正注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭55例,并与51例慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者作对照.对照组采用常规三联(ACEI、利尿剂、洋地黄类制剂)做基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加用参芪扶正注射液250 mL静脉点滴,观察其疗效.结果显示:治疗组在临床评分、心功能分级(NYHA)、左室射血分数等方面,与对照组相比均有显著性意义(P<0.05).参芪扶正注射液具有加强心肌收缩力,增加心输出量,降低心肌耗氧,改善CHF患者左室重塑,改善预后,提高CHF患者的免疫功能,促进心功能恢复等作用.

106 patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） were randomized into two groups. The treatment group of 55 patients was given 250mL Shenqi Fuzheng Injection （ by Intravenous Drip） apart from basic therapy, and the controlled group of 51 patients were treated with the basic therapy of common triple （ ACEI, diuretic and preparation of digitalis）. The therapeutic effects of both groups were observed. Observation results show that the treatment group was significantly improved in terms of clinical score, cardiac function classification （NYHA）, and the left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） （P 〈 0.05） as compared with the controlled group. Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can strengthen myocardial contractility, increase cardiac output, and decrease myocardial oxygen consumption, and can improve left ventricular remodeling and immunologic function of CHF patient, favor prognosis, and advance cardiac function recovery.
