稻瘟菌侵染后水稻抗氧化酶类的变化与抗病性的关系 被引量:9

摘要 以对稻瘟菌70-15小种表现抗病和感病反应的近等位基因系两水稻品种(C101和C039)为材料,对其接种稻瘟菌,结果表明:POD酶活性与抗稻瘟病正相关;而水稻抗瘟性与病害早期的SOD和CAT活性呈负相关;同时还发现,在不亲和反应的水稻中膜脂过氧化产物—丙二醛(MDA)的含量上升,并显著高于亲和反应水稻的MDA的含量,这表明水稻叶片中有膜脂过氧化的发生. The Magnaporthe grisea (70-15), which is a rice blast , was inoculated in two rice varieties of C101 (R) and C039 (S). Results have showed that there is the positive correlation between the activities of POD and the resistance to rice blast and there is the negative correlation between the resistance to rice blast and the both the activities of SOD and CAT. It wasalso found that the content of MDA of antioxidant enzymes in the rice under the incompatibility reaction is increased and shows it is higher than that under the incompatibility reaction. It shows that membrane lipid peroxidation happened in rice leaves after inoculation.
