A Review of Transcendental Hypothesis of "Social Contract"

评介了前康德时期的政治思想家的契约论和康德的“社会契约”及罗尔斯的《正义论》阐述的有关思想,探讨了“社会契约”作为先验假设的特殊内涵,并从“原初状态”概念的形成和产生影响的角度,对先验假设的社会契约思想的康德式规范性解释及有关问题进行了哲学反思。

The paper reviews the pre-Kant thinkers＇ theories of contract, Kant＇s ＂social contract＂ and Rawls＇ Principle of Justice. The unique connotation of transcendental ＂social contract＂ is discussed. In terms of the formation of the ＂Original Position＂ concept and its impact, the paper also presents philosophical reflection on interpretation of transcendental hypothesis of social contract and problems related to it.
