对“公”的认识不同,价值选择不同,对公德意识的形成和历史发展进程都会产生巨大的影响。文章从“公”的观念的变迁,以及公德意识随“公”的观念的变迁而逐渐变化以适应不断发展的时代要求的角度,分析了现代公德意识形成的可能性,阐述了现代公德意识的内涵和特点。

The modem social morality is a major task for improving civic morality, good social ethics and the sense of social morality is necessary for the development of modem society. The sense of social morality＇s form and history will be engendered if the cognition of public and value choice is different. This article analyze the variance of public notion ,the sense of social morality change with the public notion＇s transform to adapt to the current development requirements continuously and why the modem social morality could be build.
