中国民营企业家成长机制研究

On Growth System of China's Entrepreneurs of Private-owned Enterprises

介绍了中外企业家研究的基本状况,阐述了中国民营企业家内涵及特征,分析了我国企业家成长的一般机制。认为中国民营企业家成长环境不良的症结是民营企业产权所有者将经营者视为私有的行为。现实的选择是通过外因的变化影响内因的相应变化,在民营企业内因与外因同向的基础上,重构中国民营企业家成长机制。指出可从企业自身演进、政府政策导向、社会促进、企业平等竞争、企业家市场培育和法律规范等6个方面设计中国民营企业家成长机制。

The paper briefly introduces the researches on entrepreneurs both at home and abroad, deals with these people＇s characters, and analyzes the general growth system of China＇s entrepreneurs. It is believed that the problem of China＇s entrepreneurs during their development is that the property owners take the enterprise managers as their own practice. In fact, there is a philosophy that the change of outside factors wilt consequently influence the inside ones, so China＇s entrepreneurs should reconstruct their growth system by combining the two factors mentioned above positively. Then six principles are proposed for China＇s entrepreneurs to develop themselves.
