WTO体制下的国际贸易公平问题探讨

分析了WTO体制下的国际贸易公平问题,指出在WTO规则的制定及运作过程中,发达国家起着主导作用,虽然对发展中国家体现了优惠安排,但是这种优惠待遇不足以弥补两者之间的差距,而且这种差距仍在拉大。发展中国家应采取充分利用和完善优惠条款、保持议题的平衡发展和参与双边及区域贸易活动等对策措施。

This paper analyzes the fair world trade under the WTO. Developed countries play the leading role in constituting and implementing the WTO regulations. Though the WTO embodies beneficial treatments to those developing countries, these treatments cannot bridge the gap between them. For the gap becomes larger and larger, this paper proposes the measures that the developing countries should take to cope with the problem.
