羟喜树碱联合HA方案治疗慢性粒细胞白血病加速期或急变期九例 被引量：8

摘要 目的观察羟喜树碱联合三尖杉酯碱和阿糖胞苷(HA方案)治疗加速期或急变期慢性粒细胞白血病的疗效。方法羟喜树碱5￣10mg/d,连续应用7￣14d,联合HA方案,治疗进入加速期或急变期的慢性粒细胞白血病患者并观察疗效。结果2个疗程后达完全缓解(CR)者6例(6/9),部分缓解(PR)者2例(2/9),无效(NR)1例(1/9)。结论羟喜树碱联合HA方案,毒副反应并没有明显增加,治疗效果有所提高,可以进一步应用观察。
