People gradually realize that it is most important to take English as a tool to communicate with others. But for Chinese English learners, especially for the college students, their writing ability is much better than their listening ability. It seems to stare the actual state in the face. The aim of this paper is to analyze the existing problems and to find out the solutionsto them.
