人本管理是现代管理理论的深化和发展,其核心是尊重人和激发人的情感。图书馆人本管理的主要内容是了解馆员的需求,科学用人、合理用人,为其创造一个宽松的工作环境;想读者所想,急读者所急,无论是图书馆的环境建设还是服务都要体现以人为本,满足读者的需求。
Human-centered Administration deepens and develops the Modem Administrative Principle, It takes respecting people and stimulating their emotions as its kernel. It aims at understanding librarians'needs, exploiting them scientifically and reasonably, and creating a relaxing working environment for them. It focuses on what readers want and what readers need, including both its environmental construction and its service, in order to meet readers" every requirement.
