摘要
介绍了对主跨为328 m的双塔双索面自锚式全钢箱梁悬索桥———湖南省长沙市三汊矶湘江大桥进行吊杆安装形成成桥体系的顶升梁施工方法(包括顶升施工具体实施方案);确定了中跨内设置的4个临时墩顶升量值,运用数值方法拟合出了钢箱梁的顶升曲线;运用大型有限元分析程序建立了顶升和落下钢箱梁的施工全过程模型,分析了各个临时墩的起顶安全性、钢箱梁的应力及变形安全性;确定了起顶分级顶升的次数和每次的起顶量,得到了必须按4个临时墩起顶量的协调同步、均匀顶升钢箱梁的结论。
The paper introduces a method for jacking up steel-box used in paired-tower and double-cable selfanchored suspension bridge-Sanchaji Xiangjiang River Bridge which locates in Changsha, Hunan province and whose main span is 328 meters. The method consists of detailed jacking up construction method, confirmation of inner-installed four temporary pier jack-up value, and jack-up safety simulation analysis. The author proposes coordinating the four temporary pier jack-up value and prapping up steel-box girder equably.
