摘要
介绍了混沌特征参数如关联维D2和最大Lyapunov指数的基本理论。采用汽车制动-悬架隔振效率试验台快速获取B J2020S越野吉普车和HONDA LEGEND 3.0轿车前、后悬架的振动信号,据此计算一阶固有频率、阻尼比、一阶固有频率处的带中功率以及关联维D2和最大Lyapunov指数,从而获得了汽车悬架隔振性能与混沌特征参数之间的对应关系,实现了汽车悬架隔振性能的快速检测。
The elemental theory of chaos characteristics parameters such as correlation dimension and maximum Lyapunov exponent are introduced. By a test rig for automobile braking-suspension anti-vibration efficiency, the vibration curves of front and rear suspension of BJ2020S road-off jeep and HONDA LEGEND 3.0 car are obtained quickly. The one-order nature frequency, damp ratio, power in the band with the one-order nature frequency and the chaos' characteristics such as correlation dimension and maximum Lyapunov exponent are calculated through the vibration curve. The relationship between the anti-vibration performance and chaos' characteristics parameters of automobile suspension are presented. The fast determination for anti-vibration performance of automobile suspension is realized.
