摘要
目的探讨卵巢癌患者血浆中Th1/Th2类细胞因子的变化及其临床意义。方法用流式细胞微球芯片捕获技术检测34例卵巢癌患者及14例健康妇女血浆中IL-2,IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10水平。结果卵巢癌患者较健康妇女血浆中IL-2,IFN-γ,TNF-α水平明显降低,而IL-4,IL-6明显升高,且这种变化随临床期别的升高更加明显。结论卵巢癌患者外周血中Th1/Th2类细胞因子平衡失调,检测Th1/Th2类细胞因子可作为评价卵巢癌临床进展及预后指标。
Objective To investigate the variance and significance of Th1/Th2 type cytokines in plasma of ovarian cancer patients. Methods The levels of IL-2, IFN-γ TNF-α, IL--4, IL-6, IL-10 in 34 plasma samples of ovarian cancer patients and 14 normal women were detected by cytometric bead array. Results The levels of IL-2, IFN-γ TNF-α in ovarian cancer patients were obviously lower than those in normal womens but the levels of IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 were obviously higher. Furthermore, the variance changed along with clinic stage. Conclusion It is suggested that the imbalance of Thl/Th2 type cytokines in ovarian cancer patients may provide clinical index for the evaluation of progression and prognosis.
