摘要
桥式拆炉机是电炉维修的专用设备,主要从事炉衬耐材拆除、修补作业和出钢口更换作业,作业时需承受800℃以上热源的直接热传递和热辐射,液压油油温快速升高而超过液压锤允许的工作温度,使得液压锤卡滞,导致无法作业,影响到电炉的正常维修作业。从工作环境的热传递、系统自身工作的功率损失和液压锤功率损失产生的热量三个方面对电炉桥式拆炉机的液压系统进行热平衡计算,从而确定散热系统的散热能力,选用合适的散热器,确保液压系统油温满足作业要求。
Bridge disintegrator is a kind of special equipment for electric furnace maintenance. It is used to dismantle refractory as furnace' s lining material, to repair the broken devices, and to replace the taphole. When working, a bridge disintegrator will receive direct heat transfer and radiation which comes from electric furnace (over 800℃ ). The heat will make hydraulic oil become hot quickly, and will make hydraulic oil' s temperature surpass the allowable temperature of a hydraulic breaker, Then the hydraulic breaker will be locked, and finally will lead to a complete failure in maintenance of an electric furnace. The bridge disintegrator' s heat balance calculation can be done in three respects of the heat produced from the thermal equilibrium of the work environment, the power loss as the system itself is working, and the power loss as the hydraulic beaker is working. Thus the heat abstractor' s radiating power can be determined, With appropriate heat abstractors, the oil temperature of the hydraulic system will be guaranteed so as to meet the operation requirements.
