摘要
为实现电弧炉的高功率化,宝钢分公司150 t超大功率直流电弧炉采用了3套大容量整流器并联式供电结构。针对整流器运行故障多的情况,从晶闸管的安装、冷却、温度、触发脉冲等方面进行了分析;根据对晶闸管状态所开展的试验,提出了保障大容量整流器稳定运行的具体措施。以期对现场运行维护人员提高大容量整流器维护水平和对设计人员设计大容量整流器起到参考作用。
In order to achieve high power of the EAF, Baosteel Branch' s 150 t super power DC EAF adopted three paralleled large capacity rectifiers as its power supply structure, As the rectifiers had many operation faults, the unit was analyzed in the following aspects, such as thyristor' s installation, cooling, temperature, its trigger pulses, etc. On the basis of experiments on thyristor' s status, specific measures to guarantee large capacity rectifiers to run steadily were put forward, which will be helpful to raise professionals' maintenance level for large capacity rectifiers at the worksite, and provide references for those who design large capacity rectifiers.
