摘要 用粉末冶金的方法,原位合成Fe-VC复合材料。应用SEM和XRD分析了复合材料的显微组织和物相结构,探讨了稀土和镍含量对复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,当稀土含量为0.21%,镍含量为3%,在1 200℃液相烧结时,可以得到具有较高密度和硬度的铁基复合材料,其基体组织为马氏体加残余奥氏体,增强相为1~3μm的VC硬质相颗粒。 In-situ VC particulates reinforced iron matrix composite was produced by powder metallurgy technique with the addition of RE,Ni ,Cr, Mo. The microstructure and phase of the composite were studied with the help of SEM and XRD, the effects of RE and Ni content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe-VC composite were investigated. The results show that the Fe-VC composite with excellent densificition and high hardness can be obtaine by liquid sintering at 1200℃ with 0.21% RE and 3% Ni,the microstructure of which is composed of the matrix of martensite and residual austenite and the reinforcing phase of 1-3μm VC particulates.
